Google turns up “Gotta Figure It Out” by Erin McCarley. I can’t tell if it’s really the same song or not though and I already removed the episode from my DVR

“42″ is the song played when the boy is on the roof about to jump. I confirmed that “Gotta Figure It Out” is the song at the end.
